1. Scope
These terms apply to contracts for deliveries and related services by SLM Energy to businesses (B2B), unless individually agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Offers
Offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. Prices are net plus applicable taxes and charges unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery and risk
Delivery terms (Incoterms) are stated in the respective contract. Unless otherwise agreed, handover points follow the contract.
4. Payment
Payment terms and securities follow the contract. Statutory rules apply in case of default.
5. Liability
Liability follows applicable law, subject to any limitations agreed in individual contracts for indirect damages where permitted.
